Physical Therapy goes much further than the 1x per week session. All our clients receive customized, injury-specific homework tailored to their goals, detailed education on the root cause and important lifestyle adjustments, and workouts/ cardio routines written up by their Sports Physical Therapist. You also have 24/7 contact your Physical Therapist directly via text anytime you need them.

A FULL picture approach

We don’t just address your injuries, we take a proactive role in your overall health and wellness. Beyond the specific exercises for your recovery, our Sports Physical Therapists will review your weekly workouts, sleep patterns, stress management strategies, and more, creating a comprehensive plan designed to help you feel your best and perform at your highest level.

Performance physical therapy

Performance Physical Therapy is the best of all worlds. We use the newest and latest approaches to evaluate, treat, and get you out of pain faster while also getting people moving and stronger than ever before. We have a full gym set up and make your Physical Therapy look a whole lot like a personal training session. Make sure you bring your gym clothes! This isn’t your old PT!
